Blogette: The Man of LaMancha

Yes, you’ve probably heard this so much you’re ready to gag but my son is performing in The Man of LaMancha tonight at the Sandler Center in Virginia Beach. I’m so excited and proud that I can barely stand to wait the few more hours until the play begins!

He is playing a couple of smaller roles as a guard and a monk. The experience has been fantastic and I’ve rarely seen him so motivated and energetic about anything! We’re taking my Dad and his wife out to supper and then to the show. Exciting stuff, this.

Saw the show…was memorable– the monks were mysterious and foreboding and I couldn’t keep my binoculars off of them…great venue, my family and I enjoyed it so! 🙂
