We’ve got ‘taters!

These beauties grew in our compost. They are the epitome of Free Food. Creamy inside, waxy outside, they are brown balls of deliciousness. One of the coolest things about organic produce is that it tends to grow in the compost. We just smile, water and harvest. Yum!
