Rock, Rose, Ivy

Out my kitchen window and down a little hill there is an igloo. It’s made of stone but still, it looks like an igloo. In my gardening fantasies, the side of the hill to the right of the door is covered in roses and to the left of the door is covered in ivy. Sort of a sun and moon garden plan. A shadow and light garden, really. I have to work with what I’ve got: shade and sunlight on either side of the igloo. Isn’t it great!
In the summertime the inside of the rock house is cooler than anywhere else that’s not air conditioned. It was built in 1920 before a/c.
Granddaddy dated everything. (but not everyone!)
