Growing Up Too Fast

She’s growing up so quickly that sometimes I forget that she isn’t really grown. Look at that face; those teeth; the sweetness; the reindeer hat!

It’s a reality check to take my  big girl to a snowy, creek-y mountainside and let her romp with our dogs. See the creek? The dog? The reindeer boots?

See how fascinated she is that a snowball floats? This will feed a science lesson this week, for sure! She how uncaring she is about getting dirty or evil creatures which may be lurking under the rocks? Can you tell how incredibly trusting she still is?

Look at that face! Look at the reindeer hoof gloves! This is a little kid who is completely enthralled by the magic of a snowball. She may be getting big but she’s not grown. Not by a long shot. And all I can say is that I am so very happy about the little girl who blesses my life every day with her ability to see magic.
